Saying goodbye to 2012 and welcoming 2013...
Last night I started reading the book "The Happiness Project", by Gretchen Rubin.
It was the perfect book to start off the new year. Gretchen breaks up her new years resolutions by focusing on a different one each month instead of trying to make a ton of changes all at the same time. I couldn't agree with her more and I decided to start my own "Happiness" project.
This year I want to focus on what makes me happy and I want to appreciate my life more.
Gretchen focused on energy for the month of January because she thought by having more energy she would do a better job at keeping the rest of her resolutions throughout the year. So I decided to focus on energy as well because when I'm energetic I always feel 100 times better, I'm more motivated, and I'm much more pleasant to be around! :)
For the month of
- Go to Sleep earlier.
- Exercise better.
- Ditch the caffeine.
- Act more energetic.
- Drink more water.
- Ditch the booze.
- Eat healthier.
